Our third party research and brokerage services (3RB) are now included under the Hudson Street umbrella. Hudson Street 3RB offers flexible commission management solutions for a multi broker landscape. 3RB provides several different ways clients can streamline the way they procure research and execute trades at Goldman Sachs. Client Commission Arrangements (CCAs) enable clients to obtain best execution with Goldman Sachs and accrue commission dollars in order to pay 28(e) eligible research and brokerage providers. As with Commission Sharing Agreements (CSAs) in Europe and Asia, they encourage a more level playing field in the valuation of research.
Hudson Street Services is a platform that offers investors access to a select offering of unique content, tools and applications. Collectively, Hudson Street Services offers a more flexible, more efficient way to get critical information and ultimately assist in making better investment decisions.

Financial Service Providers (FSP)
Our FSP model incorporates a range of integrated execution and clearing services available to sell-side clients. These out sourced trading and settlement solutions provide wholesale clients with access to Goldman Sachs proprietary technology and infrastructure, while maintaining independence and anonymity. Integration with Clearing Providers
Our clients can utilize the direct link between our Execution and Clearing platforms, in addition to services such as: margin financing, risk-based margining, cross-product offset, NCM clearing, securities lending, consolidated reporting, and custodial services. We are also clearing agnostic, and can facilitate workflow arrangements for clients that clear away.
Integration with Prime Brokerage
For our hedge fund clients, we offer seamless integration between Prime Brokerage and our execution platforms, enabling them to manage their work flows efficiently across multiple aspects of their businesses.
