*For Microsoft Vista, a minimum of 1 GB of RAM is necessary and requires REDIPlus version 6.2.x with REDIStart version 3.6 or higher.
Connectivity Methods
The following recommendations illustrate the hardware and telecommunications requirements based on the number of REDIPlus users and a direct communication line from the client to the REDI Network. For a customized configuration, contact Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, L.P. at 212-357-8300.
- Up to 6 – 9 users – Single T1 (1.5 Mbps) to each of the two GSEC core sites.
- Up to 9 – 16 users – Dual T1 (3 Mbps) to each of the two GSEC core sites.
- 16+ Users – Single DS3 (45 Mbps) to each of the two GSEC core sites.
Extranet Connectivity Options:
